Nov. 2011
The Carlsbad fair and Olivenhain fair were both ruined by heavy rain. Following those, I did a show to help raise money for the City of Hope. I sold a few and contributed 1/3 of the revenue to the fund raiser for the City of Hope. That's good! But, The result is that I have
a garage full of rock vases. A couple were new ideas...such as a business card holder, a napkin holder and yes .. the night light. And for the first time, a rock vase with a live Orchid. It's beautiful.
And of course I still have the vase for live herbs for the kitchen window. Other special vases are the Lazy Susan, and some large vases for the Buffet tables. Some with 3 spots for flowers and others with one large center spot and 3 wicks for oil lamps at each end...They look spectacular when set up on the food table.
