Carlsbad Street Fair May 2,2010

The following rock vases and rock vases with oil lamps will be presented at the Carlsbad Street Fair the first Sun. in May. This is about 60% of my supply.

This week-end two charities took place. One for example was held at a golf course and after golf there was a silent auction to raise funds for a very good cause. 2 rock vases were donated to each event. Hopefully there will be some strong bidders.

I make the vases in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some even have oil lamps as a part of the vase.
Some of the small vases work nice for an intimate dinner party with herbs in the vase rather than flowers. The vase also works well with 1 flower and some greenery in a guest bathroom or bedroom.

These rock vases are made of slate. The slate comes from around the world and many colors. I look for unique coloring and layering of the slate.
